This blocked access to the SnapGPT Dashboard, API, and Stripe webhook endpoints, meaning users were unable to sign up, manage subscriptions, or cancel during this time. Impact: - Dashboard was unavailable or unstable for most users - Stripe billing events and subscription management failed - New subscriptions and cancellations were not processed Resolution: As of June 29 at 12:30 PM PST, the test processes were fully disabled and all systems have been restored to full functionality.
